Any interim or provisional relief that would be available from a court of law shall be available in accordance with the rules of AAA, however, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Parties from obtaining preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York, New York if necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of any arbitration. The final arbitration award may be confirmed in a state or federal court located in New York, New York and the Parties agree to waive any claim of improper venue or forum non conveniens. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST US RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.
